Some of the service companies in technical partnerships with us or our affiliates are: OCS Singapore for medium size offshore Engineering and Marine Services. To guarantee cost of services, our management team with over 3 decade of experience in the upstream petroleum industry will provide expertise in the cost structure of our combined services with your technology in local content programs of developing countries to deliver the best possible value to customers in Namibia.

1. Our affiliate company, Baywood Continental, has been providing major EPCIC, Facility Construction, Offshore Maintenance Services and other associated services to Shell, ExxonMobil, Chevron, Total and ENI in Nigeria since 1989 as a local content service provider.

2. Another affiliate company, Tropical Arctic Logistics Ltd,( TAL) successfully provided Helicopter Services within the Oil and Gas upstream sector operating AW139s in Nigeria (until Covid 19) in support of offshore operations.

3. We are also, registered as local content vehicle with the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana since 2021 as Baywood Energy Services Guyana.

4. We are equally registered with the Centre for Business Development (CLBD), the premier portal for advertising of business opportunities and industry information for offshore Guyana oil and gas industry.

5. We maintain an office located in the Georgetown central business district that is accessible to the major international oil companies and oil service companies operating in offshore Guyana
oil and gas industry.

6. We are committed to our proven local content business model of domestic value-adding investment and capacity development in partnership with our foreign technical partner to receive priority consideration in petroleum contract jobs.

7. We are fully operational and registered as fully locally owned EPCIC company in Nigeria guided by the local content laws in place trading under Baywood Continental Ltd.
